Refunds & Returns

1. Only products purchased on our website can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Those purchased in a shop should be returned to the shop.

2. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

5. If you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and send pictures. A full refund or exchange will be provided to the method of payment used at time of purchase only.

6. Please always provide proof of purchase and return items (unless damaged) within 14 days, retaining your proof of delivery until we receive it.
